Dear Customer,

As previously reported, we identified a degradation affecting your service.

Impact Prior to Resolution: In the US2 Data Center, travel bookings using the New Concur Travel, through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected New Concur Travel users may have been reverted back to the Legacy Concur Travel page when attempting to search for flights, car or hotel. Additionally, affected New Concur Travel users may have found no results when attempting to book rail.

Start Time: 14:43 UTC on 03 April 2025

Status Update: Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
